About this product


Grapes were harvested in the cool hours of the morning and further chilled before pressing. Juice was cold settled and racked into stainless steel tanks for fermentation. Fermentation was kept between 14oC and 16oC to retain natural aromas and fruit characters. Post alcoholic fermentation, the wine was blended and filtered before bottling.

Medium bodied white wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often pale lemon coloured to pale gold.
