Showing a light straw-green colour, it reveals a clean, precise nose of lemon curd, grapefruit pith, and white nectarine, subtly underscored by a fine, flinty struck-match reduction and a touch of cashew. The palate is punchy and zippy, driven by a rock-solid line of citrus acidity that sweeps across orchard fruits and a creamy, mascarpone-like mid-palate texturing. Accented with charry oak, it is beautifully structured and built to evolve.
