From the best parcels of shiraz on the Fechner Vineyard planted in 1908, matured in new and used French oak. It marries power and concentration with finesse and impeccable balance. The red and purple/cherry and plum fruits have the finest threads of tannins invisibly woven into the palate. Mouthwatering and lipsmacking are words seldom, if ever, used in connection with an Eden Valley shiraz.

Sourced from the oldest vines on the Fechner Vineyard, matured in 100% new French oak. Rich, yet the latent power of the wine is so well balanced that the layered stream of blackberry and blackcurrant flavours is so fluent and harmonious that it's easy to have one glass, then another, neither tannins nor oak interrupting the flow. The ultimate iron fist in a velvet glove - outstanding in every respect.
