Dry, Medium Bodied style of Cabernet ShirazThe Cabernet vineyards of V and A Lane are renowned for their depth and character, long contributing to some of Wynns’ finest wines. This blent is inspired by the Wynns ‘claret story’ of the 1950s, where Cabernet and Shiraz are harvested on the same day and co-fermented to create harmony from the outset. An intentionally early harvest highlights a fresh red fruit spectrum, supported by naturally lower alcohol, wild ferments and maturation in larger-format oak. The result is a wine of freshness and energy, food-friendly in style, yet grounded in heritage.
