Bourbon Barrel Aged California Chardonnay

This Chardonnay blends the craftsmanship of California winemaking with the Southern tradition of Bourbon Whiskey barrel aging. The cool climate of our coastal vineyards imparts the wine with rich and creamy layers of ripe pineapple and juicy peach flavours. Select lots are then aged in Bourbon Whiskey barrels, delivering a twist of caramel, vanilla and subtle toastedoak when added to the blend.
