Two elements one vision premium Margaret River Shiraz combining land fermented tradition with pure ocean crafted innovation. This bold expression showcases bright fruit and velvety tannins enhanced by months beneath the Southern Ocean bringing together the best of both land and sea. Made from premium fruit from the northern and southern Margaret River regions. The wine was partly secondarily fermented and aged in the ocean and partly on land. the blend is 30 percent ocean 40 percent submarine oak staves and 70 percent land older oak 30 percent. The ocean immersion ran from 12 November to 4 August 2025 with large energetic swells creating continuous vigorous lees stirring. Vegan friendly. Tasting notes Vibrant full bodied juicy cool climate expression with a burst of bright red and plush dark fruits. The palate braids two terroirs dusky earthy cacao from the land and ocean enhanced dark berry characters laced with liquorice and spice. Bright crunchy acidity brings life while velvety tannins coat and coax towards a refined finish with youthful energy.
