The first offering from LARK’s Super Luxury range, Ruby Abyss is created by the team at the Cambridge Distillery .Ruby Abyss is a deeply complex Single Malt aged in 100 percent first-fill vintage Port and Sherry casks, courtesy of time-honoured partnership with Seppeltsfield Wines, featuring a century-old Australian Port reserve. Finished in masterfully seasoned casks, the nose offers dark fruits and caramelised brown sugar, leading to silky mocha and finishing with brandy snap sweetness fused with delicate Tasmanian peat smoke.
