The story of La Chablisienne begins in 1923, when a group of growers led by Abbé Balitrand joined forces to navigate the economic challenges of the era. Today, this cooperative manages nearly a quarter of the Chablis region, producing Petit Chablis, Chablis, 1er Cru, and Grand Cru wines. As the exclusive owners of the famous Château Grenouilles vineyard, they hold a unique position in the heart of the region's best terroir. Their wines are known for a crisp, high-acid style and a clear mineral taste that is typical of the region. The Premier Cru Vaulorent nose reveals aromas of white blossoms and citrus zest, layered over scents of sea spray and a subtle hint of toasted brioche. The palate is precise and voluminous, striking a perfect balance between a rich, silky texture and a stony minerality with a long, persistent finish.
