Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.

Chris Ringland has built an enviable reputation with his uncomprimising devotion to full and rich flavours in his wines. A large band of devotees await his releases eagerly. The recently re-released 2014 Sealed Shiraz (straight out of our cellar) is right in the groove. Jam-packed with dark, ripe berry and plum flavours and laced with "shiraz spice", "Barossan" earthy chocolate and vanilla. The finish is smooth - almost creamy, and the flavour is immense.
