About this product

Founded in 1960, Domaine Michelot is now under the guidance of seventh generation winemaker Nicolas Mestre. After honing his skills in New Zealand, Nicolas returned to the domaine in 2009 joining his father, Jean-François at just 23 years old. With 17 hectares, including prime holdings in Meursault’s most prestigious Premier Cru sites Charmes, Genevrières, and Perrières, Nicolas crafts wines that are vibrant and energetic, capturing the pure essence of the terroir A classic Meursault showing a bouquet of ripe yellow apple, toasted hazelnut, and a hint of acacia honey. The palate is silky and medium bodied, blending a rich, velvety texture with a bright, mineral-driven lift and a long, savory finish. It delivers the signature weight of the village with excellent precision.
