Durif (also known as Petit Sirah) is a rich and robust red grape variety that revels in the warm and dry conditions at the Manuka Grove Vineyard. The fruit is picked at optimum ripeness prior to fermentation and subsequent maturation in seasoned oak barrels. The result is a full-bodied, rich and warm red wine with flavours of plum and chocolate and well integrated tannins.
