Meet TANICA, our signature Australian aperitif. Bright, tart and juicy, it’s made with native Davidson’s plum and strawberry gum leaf. Vibrant and refreshing, TANICA is perfectly balanced between tart and sweet. For the spritz, mix 3 parts sparkling wine, 2 parts TANICA and 1 part soda, then garnish with citrus like lemon or pink grapefruit. No Prosecco on hand? TANICA mixes beautifully with tonic, soda or lemonade, or try it in a lighter, daytime Negroni.

Aroma: Orange blossom, strawberry, cherry.
