Tasmania's first ever "Bourbon-Style" whiskey, handcrafted with 100% pure Tasmanian water and grains (Corn, Rye and Malted Barley), and matrued in toasted and charred large format New American Oak barrels. Meticulously distilled in small b atches using our sweet mash process with our American-made copper still. A whiskey of remarkable depth, layered with toasted caramel, charred oak and vanilla.
