About this product

The Loosen family has been growing Riesling and producing wine in the Mosel valley for over 200 years. The current owner, Ernst “Erni” Loosen, assumed ownership in 1988, embarking on a quest to greatly improve the quality and international reputation of the estate, the Mosel region, and Riesling in general. Today, Erni is one of the most iconic and influential winemakers in the world.

Very drinkable

Have tried many a non alc white and this is one of my favourites. Definitely a classic Riesling flavour profile. Slightly off dry, with a bit of a fizz initially that dies down once opened. Drinks better a day after opening.

Very disappointing for a riesling from Dr Loosen. The palate is apple juice with a dash of lime citrus. Weird nose and after taste
