It was a very warm year but this variety was ready early and missed much of the heat. The result is a most beautiful example of this increasingly popular variety. Distinct lime, apple and pear on the nose with a little of the passionfruit varietal character. The palate is clean and crisp with a crunchy vibrant finish.
