Generously flavoured and creamy textured with lovely pure grapefruit, white peach flavours, fine loose knit dry chalky textures, attractive mid-palate viscosity pith and underlying marzipan notes. Finishes crispy and minerally long. A generous expression of Bin 311. Drink now – 2035.
