The 2022 Saint-Romain Blanc offers up aromas of peach, green apple and white flowers, followed by a medium-bodied, satiny and incisive palate, uniting generosity of fruit with tangy acids. The Drouhin family has just acquired extensive domaine holdings in this appellation, so this will be a bottling to watch.
