Made with wild ferment and bottled without fining or filtration, to amplify the texture and flavour. “Red and dark cherry, cranberry and red plum fruits, finely spiced with daubs of spice, pressed purple flowers, undergrowth and stone.Supple and sporting a beautiful flow, energy and detail, with fine kinetic tannins in support. It is a cracking release.
