over my time as a wine taster, i really have not tried anything a good as this. i remember tim s early efforts with leasingham bin 5 7 and 9. this is a complely great riesling from start to finish.

A lot of people associate riesling with sweet, but this is not at all. Its light, fresh and citrusy. New favourite wine 👍

Clare Valley Riesling has long been a go to wine for me and Knappstein is one of the best examples. It compliments many food types, seafood, Chinese and Thai especially. The lemon/ lime flavours on the palette and the well balanced acidity
