A Chūhai is the Japanese abbreviation for a shōchū highball, a perfectly balanced blend of Vodka, Shōchū spirit, soda, and vibrant, fruity flavor. This Monsutā Lemon Chūhai features traditional Okinawan Shōchū called Awamori, which is indigenous and unique to Okinawa, Japan, giving it a distinctive, authentic character.
