Our GrenacheRosé, grown in the Riverland with a generous dose of sunshine is a celebrationof all senses; rose petals, pink grapefruit and pomegranate delights. A brightluminous wine. Serve well chilled. CELLARING At it's best; now until 2028 VINTAGE CONDITIONS A La Nina weather pattern prevailed over most of the 2023 growing season. Mild temperatures and cool nights resulted in one the longest seasonson record and produced bright aromatics, fresh fruit flavours and exceptional depth. WINEMAKING Grapes were picked on the 25th February 2023, crushed and held in the press for 6 hours to extract colour and flavour. Juice underwent cold stabulation on leesand must for 3 days to develop mouthfeel and texture before cold settling andfermenting in tank. Post ferment 20% of the blend was transferred to old French Oakbarriques on lees for 10 months before bottling in February 2024.
