Our big dreams and hard work come full circle in this fruit-forward blend of Grenache and Mataro. Bottled for you to enjoy now, no need to wait! COLOUR Bright ruby garnet. AROMA Hints of wild strawberries and baking spices. PALATE Ripe plums, raspberries and blueberries. Bright and refreshing fruit flavours with hints of spice and crunchy tannins. FOOD MATCH Pair with summer fruit and cheese platters, sushi with tempura vegies or seared salmon with fresh spinach, pomegranate and feta salad. Serve chilled. CELLARING At its best now until 2032. VINTAGE CONDITIONS A La Nina weather pattern prevailed over most of the 2023 growing season. Mild temperatures and cool nights resulted in one of the longest seasons on record and produced bright aromatics, fresh fruit flavours and exceptional depth. WINEMAKING Grenache and Mataro picked in early March 2023, crushed and held in the press for 9 days to extract colour and flavour before pressing and fermentation. No oak treatment has been applied to this fruit forward, easy drinking, beaujolais style wine.
