About this product
The MV6 Pinot Noir clone was harvested from Annangrove Park, while the Gamay came from Balmoral vineyard. This was our first time using Gamay in the Rose, and we were very pleased with the result! Harvested in the cool morning of 8th February (Pinot) and 5th March (Gamay), the juice was pressed after 6 hours on skins to extract colour and tannin. A long, cool ferment followed to retain varietal aromatics. Left on light fluffy lees to gain complexity over 4 months, the wine was blended and lightly filtered before bottling. Bottled July 2025.
