A citrus forward non-alcoholic spirit batch distilled with native botanicals in the Yarra Valley. Banks Citron uses Yarra Valley water with native citrus notes from Desert Lime, and Lemon Myrtle, together with Australian White Kunzea which adds aromatic layers of citrus, eucalyptus and tones of honey with the spice of wild Tasmanian Pepperberry to create a refreshing, bright citrus blend that lingers long after the last taste. This unique citrus blend is ideal for making non-alcoholic drinks such as a mojito, margaritas or enjoyed simply with tonic water over ice.
