A new style of whisky from a unique place that is waiting to be discovered. 36 south is the latitude of the Morris distillery, a special place in countryside Victoria Australia that has been home to the Morris family since 1859. Here we have harnessed the raw elements and natural ingredients of the land, using local grains of wheat and barley, and water sourced from the snowy mountains. 36 degrees south is a climate that is unlike anywhere else in the world, the extreme seasonal temperatures for aging allows us to develop a whisky that is smooth yet complex with true depth of flavor.
