About this product

Some wines are made for quiet contemplation. GA-LOR-IA! is not one of them. Born from McLaren Vale's sun-drenched soils, this effervescent Sangiovese Grenache is a love letter to spontaneity - a wine that fizzes with as much personality as it does with bubbles. Winemaker Mary Hamilton knew which parcels belonged together from the moment of pressing, but it took many months of trials to find the missing ingredient: a light frizzante splash of gas that gave the blend its essential spark of playfulness. Pink ladies mingle on a savoury stage with cherry pit, raspberry seeds, and a whisper of strawberry lip gloss. The palate is a spectacular fruit-filled centre wrapped in elegant effervescence - talc-textured, full, and bracingly fresh. Built to build appetite and beg for good company. Serve well-chilled alongside aperitif bites or carry it to the nearest picnic rug and let the afternoon take care of itself. All-singing, all-dancing McLaren Vale joy in a glass. Vegan friendly.
