A slippery, juicy and weighty vermentino, but good for it, and it ends up in the zone of delightful, textural, medium-bodied white wines. Scents of lemon balm, juniper berries, lemon myrtle and pepper, with flavours more green pear, preserved lemon, green olive and green mango, with faint almond creaminess and gentle savoury elements. It's a great drink here, feels versatile and compelling in its way.
