Cabernet Sauvignon 2016

With cellaring, this wine has evolved into a beautifully savoury and harmonious expression of its original character. The medium crimson hue has deepened slightly, while the bouquet now offers more developed notes of dried briar, forest floor, and earthy Mediterranean herbs. The once-bright black fruit core remains, now softened and more integrated. On the palate, the plum, cassis and briar flavours are rounder and more layered, with a subtle umami depth. The tannins have become even more supple, supporting a long, elegant finish. A wine that has matured with grace and complexity.
