Michelini Sparkling Merlot NV

Dark fruit cake and plum pudding aromas are repeated on the palate with a touch of sweetness perfectly in balance with the natural acid. A fresh take on an Australian classic. A select parcel of our A grade Merlot is set aside for our sparkling red. Undergoing secondary fermentation followed by maturation on yeast lees in the bottle gives this wine an extra dimension in flavour and a fine, but mouth filling mousse.
