Ashton HillsEstate Pinot Noir
About this product
A true Pinot-lovers Pinot. THere's not "just" fruit here, there's savory elements, earthy, smoky, spiced. It is on the lighter end in terms of body, but with very attractive flavors indeed.

Vintage 2018
95 points
50% Martini clones, 20% each D5V12 and 777 and 10% MV6, fermented with 30% whole bunches and matured in 1-3yo French oak for 10 months. The similarities to the Reserve are greater than the differences. This is elegant and very long, the oak absorbed, the whole bunch adding a savoury twist. Red fruits lead, purity follows.
