About this product

The Parker Coonawarra Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is made in a riper, more generous style to its peers, yet with enough restraint to display the distinct varietal and regional characteristics. Offerings of ripe blackberry and damson plums, wafts of warm earth, iodine, mint and black olives. The palate shows a lot of restraint and freshness, fuller bodied not big though with determined tannins. A solid performer not just a backup singer.

I thought it had taste and was easy to drink i have been looking for more but could not find in mtgambier store.i drank it with ravioli and roast lamb and well priced.

Tried this Cab Sav on a whim, loved it. Smooth tasting leaving a real warmth on the pallet. Highly recommend, just a shame DM's sold out!

A STANDARD CAB SAV FROM COONAWARRA REGION. FULL -BODIED TASTE FOR THE SEASONED DRINKER. DARK RED IN COLOUR WITH A HINT OF FRUIT. 2015 VINTAGE WAS TO EARLY TO DRINK IN 2020 - GIVE IT 2-3 MORE YEARS.
