There's a lot more going on here than in your average fiano. Produced by the winery responsible for championing the resurrection of local varieties, there's been a lot of passion and skilled winemaking employed in maximising the beauty of this enchanting wine. Richly complex, round in the mouth and with hints of tropical fruit over a stone fruit heart, and with cleansing crispness tempering the creaminess of the palate. Middle weighted and ideal with fresh seafood dishes.
