Dry, Medium Bodied style of ChardonnayOur Oldbury Rd. Chardonnay was carefully made from our premium vineyard in Sutton Forrest within the Southern Highlands District. A fraction of this wine spent six months in French and American barrels in order to extract elegant vanilla and butterscotch characters, all perfectly matching intense limes, and pineapple aromas. The palate is full flavoured and well balanced. The wine is best served with any seafood dish.

Medium bodied white wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often pale lemon coloured to pale gold.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
