Berry Brothers & RuddAuchroisk 2000 Scotch Whisky 700mL
About this product
Auchroisk distillery, (pron. Othrusk), started producing in 1974. A major contributor to some famous blends, it is seldom seen as an independently bottled whisky. The awkward name derives from the gaelic meaning shallow ford across the red stream which relates to the nearby Mulben burn and the distillery was for a period, known as The Singleton due to the difficulty of pronouncing the original name. This single cask expression has spent 14 years maturing in oak before bottling.
