Extremely vivacious and buoyant, wonderful freshness and tantalizing blue and black fruit mark this cabernet from the most elevated region in the Barossa as a winner. It's a delight - lithe and supple cabernet flavours - hints of tobacco, chocolate and spice emerging as it reaches middle age. The fine herb-flecked freshness and richness of the fruit would make it a great match for flash fired kangaroo fillets.
