It is Bladnoch's 200 Year Anniversary, celebrate with them by enjoying a drop of one of their three magical Single Malts. Award winning Master Distiller Ian MacMillan hand selects every cask to bring together this spicy yet silky expression. Elegant, mature sweet oaky notes and a hint of citrus to finish. This release is bottled at natural cask strength and colour, and coarsely filtered. There’s nothing added or removed, so you can enjoy this whisky as you would straight from the cask.

Sweet autumn, molasses and blackberry to the nose. Taste had sweet notes like toffee/vanilla, slight smoke and malty. Smooth AF. After the glass is empty, beautiful bon fire lingers on the glass.

It has the smoothness of butter and lingers on the pallet, with a symphony of flavours. Quite possibly the nicest scotch that has ever past these lips. If I had the money I’d buy the whole existing stock.
