About this product

Glendalough Double Barrel Single Grain Whiskey is a light and floral whiskey, distilled from a mash bill of Irish malted barley and corn. Aged three and a half years in American oak first-fill Bourbon barrels before six months in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks.

Honestly , I had to check back on the age statement comments. The closest I have had to this is the 12 year old Tullamore DEW. This is perhaps very slightly less rounded and a little spikier, but shows hints of the bourbon and sherry casks.
