Glenmorangie Bacalta (Scots Gaelic for baked) is the first Glenmorangie expression ever to be extra-matured in sun-baked casks which once contained Malmsey Madeira, the sweetest and most prized of all Madeira wines. Designed for Scotch whisky connoisseurs, Glenmorangie Bacalta has taken a unique journey through extra-maturation – bespoke at every turn. This innovative limited edition was inspired by long, balmy days on the island of Madeira.
