PepperjackShiraz 2015
About this product
Answer - Pepperjack Shiraz after a few years in the cellar. From its deep bouquet to its mouth-coating ripe flavours, this huge fan favourite gains extra smoothness, and an impression of greater concentration after just a few years in our cellar.
Just entering its prime, the colour has not faded, only the tannins have softened a little to produce a velvet carpet effect along which the rich dark fruit (cherry, blackberry, coconut and chocolate) glides.

Pepperjack Shiraz. The golden goose. Australia’s favourite red wine, by a long shot.
It’s in good shape too. Robust, hearty, smooth-skinned and satisfying. It pretty much delivers all you’d hope for and expect, and it does so in a well balanced package. Blackberry, warm asphalt, cloves and mocha. Fruit is the hero, region is the conduit, oak helps cushion the ride. Ample substance to this release.
