This limited release James Squire Hop Father Celebration Ale has a rich full-bodied character from the use of Australian malts. An initial sweetness on the palate gives way to a cleansing bitterness with the use of Simcoe hops providing pine-needle, fruity aromas and earthy/spicy notes. Inspired by brewer/fan favourite Hop Thief 6, Hop Father uses the same feature hops with tweaked malt base & overall hop bill.

This beer would have to be my favorite of the James Squire range, and I like all James Squire beers. Unfortunately, it is a Limited Release and not regularly available.

Great hop flavour combined with a lingering bitterness. Definitely a step up from the standard James Squire core range. Great value. Will purchase again!
