Light bodied red wines have a water-light mouthfeel and light flavour impact. Often pale to light/medium in colour.

Sales of pinot noir, in fact, lighter reds, in general, are growing at an impressive rate across our stores. Of course, it can be difficult to find good pinot at relatively inexpensive prices. So, when one comes along that we think fits the bill we ought to call it out. Forget the cute "froggy" label for a minute - the wine inside the bottle shows genuine "pinosity" and, if anything is even better than the 2017. Better in that it shows more complexity and a neat savoury touch as well as the plump fruit flavours of its predecessor.
