Aux Boudots is one of the greatest Premier Crus of the Côte de Nuits. Mugneret’s old vineyards (30 to 90 years) are planted on steep southeast facing slopes and create world-class pinot noir. Made using wild yeast, unfiltered and unfined, with exceptionally elegant aromas of black fruits, earth and liquorice.
