Wild Barrique Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2015

Fermented entirely with naturally occurring yeast, this is an alternative style of Sauvignon Blanc that is both restrained and textural in profile. An inviting combination of fragrant aromas and dried herbs the bouquet is complex showing sone fruit and mineral characters. The concentrated flavours of nectarine and rock melon linger with a subtle lemon curd, almond and savoury note in the background.
