Enjoy your own Aperitivo moment by sharing an Aperol Spritz with friends, while enjoying a delicious antipasto platter filled with cheese, olives, cured meats and artisan breads. Aperol's perfect blend of 16 ingredients, including bitter orange, rhubarb and an array of botanicals gives Aperol Spritz a unique orange colour and bittersweet taste. Its secret recipe has remained unchanged since it was created in 1919.
Creating the perfect Aperol Spritz is as easy as 3,2,1 - In a large wine glass full of ice, simply add 3 parts Italian Prosecco (90mls) 2 parts Aperol (60mls) 1 part soda water (30mls, just a dash) Garnish with an orange wedge.

Love an aperol spritz. In the summer, it's refreshing and the best long, cool drink, but in the winter it's great too
