Light bodied white wines have a water-light mouthfeel. Often very pale to light colour.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

Another great release from the unsung hero of the Mount Mary range. A riper vintage offering passionfruit, grilled pineapple as well classical notes of fennel, crushed rock and almond meal. The oak is seamlessly integrated, leading the palate into a taught, silky finish. A very smart wine on release but it will reward patience.
