Displaying a classic Nebbiolo autumnal rouge colour, and providing varietal flavours of dark, earthy cherry, brambles, roast meat, and obligatory drying tannins, this is a well-managed, authentically varietal style. Another winner from the fabulous Pizzini family. Dan’s wine panelist, Rob Aitken, recommends decanting this for best effect.
