Syrah

Tom and Sally Belford, are Yarra Valley locals, working with many of the legends of the Victorian wine industry across their careers. They focus on low impact winemaking, using traditional techniques, to craft wines of character and finesse.

Pale ruby colour and richly aromatic nose. Cherry, red berries, mixed spice, soy and graphite, wood ash and raspberry leaf. The palate is lithe, silken and soft, underpinned with vibrant acidity. Light to medium bodied with ripe fruits and a delicate, detailed structure.
