About this product

Aged in a special consignment of American Oak ex-Russel's Reserve bourbon barrels, this gin is made using the Solera method - a painstaking way of blending the individual flavours from 24 barrels over the space of 12 months.  Each month half of each barrel is moved around the Solera creating a subtle and delightful aged gin.

I had the pleasure of sampling and purchasing one of these bottles from their Tasmanian distillery on my honeymoon. I've never tried anything like it before and was blown away by how easy drinking and delicious it was, definitely a sipper.
