About this product
Citrus and fresh stone fruits are modulated and enriched by the winemaking process. Wild fermentation in barrel and extended contact with the yeast lees contribute a creamy, spicy, textural interest. There is a purity and vivacity which we are at pains to preserve throughout,at the same time building palate texture and complexity.

Medium bodied white wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often pale lemon coloured to pale gold.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

Vintage 2017

The 2017 Hope Vineyard Chardonnay combines hints of toasted almond and white peach with lots of bright pineapple fruit. It's medium-bodied, with a fine-grained texture; it seems rich without being heavy and finishes cool and long. It should drink well for a decade. Bravo!
