Yellow-Orange colour, fine and persistent bubbles. Fresh Orange and citric aromas, and a subtle hints of strawberry. Very fresh, Youthful on the palate with a pleasant finish. Enjoy with an aperitif, with fresh fruits, fish, shellfish, cheese, chocolates or desserts.

I thought I would give this a try. To my surprise it was enjoyable and refreshing especially on a hot summer day. Also lighter in alcohol.
